By accessing or using Aislewise ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Aislewise is an independent web application that provides health scores and price comparison information for grocery products sold at California stores. The Service is provided for informational purposes only. Aislewise is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any grocery store, food brand, or retailer listed on the site.

To access certain features you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use another person's account or share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Aislewise offers a Premium subscription at $4.99 per month (or $3.99/month billed annually). Premium subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Billing: Your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Free trial: If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged. After the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel first. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Aislewise makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, prices, and health scores. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Service. Product prices may vary by location and change without notice. Health scores represent our editorial opinion based on publicly available information and are not a substitute for professional nutritional or medical advice. Recall information is sourced from FDA and USDA public feeds. Always refer directly to fda.gov or fsis.usda.gov for the most current recall information. Always read product labels before purchasing or consuming any food product.

You may not use the Service to: • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content or data at scale without written permission • Attempt to reverse engineer the health scoring methodology for commercial purposes • Impersonate Aislewise or misrepresent your affiliation with us • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Interfere with the security or operation of the Service • Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that burdens our infrastructure

The Aislewise brand, logo, scoring methodology, and original content are the property of Aislewise and may not be used without written permission. Store names, product names, and brand names referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement of Aislewise. User-generated content (such as product feedback, if submitted) remains your property but you grant Aislewise a non-exclusive license to use it to improve the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AISLEWISE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AISLEWISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
